Who you're dealing with

Recommendable is operated by Think again, an AI consultancy based in the Netherlands (thinkagain.nl). Questions about these terms can go to info@thinkagain.nl.

The service

Recommendable analyzes websites, search visibility and AI answers, and turns the results into prioritized recommendations. Recommendable is currently in private beta. That means features can change, results can be incomplete, and the service can be unavailable at times while we build. We'll communicate clearly when the beta ends and paid subscriptions become available.

Your account

You need an account to use Recommendable. Keep your credentials confidential and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for what happens under your account and within organizations you manage.

Your data

The content you add to Recommendable stays yours. You give us a limited license to process it for one purpose: providing the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Recommendable only for its intended purpose. In particular, you won't:

• analyze websites or brands in ways that violate applicable law or the rights of others
• attempt to gain access to other organizations' data or to our systems
• resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement
• use the service to send spam or to build a competing dataset by scraping our output at scale

AI-generated recommendations

Recommendations are generated with the help of large language models, based on the data available at the time of the audit. They are advice. We work hard to make them accurate and evidence-backed, and you should still review them before acting. We can't guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, citations or traffic.

Fees

During the private beta, access is by invitation and free unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Paid subscriptions will be introduced later. We'll announce pricing before anything is charged, and you'll always be able to decide whether to continue.

Intellectual property

The Recommendable software, brand and design belong to Think again. The reports and recommendations generated for your organization are yours to use within your business, including sharing them with your clients.

Liability

We provide the service with care, and to the extent permitted by Dutch law our liability for damages arising from the use of Recommendable is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We're never liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Recommendable and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and the chance to export your data.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes we'll notify you in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
